      A deposit of $300 per week reserved is required at time of reservation.  Unpaid balance is due upon arrival.                                                                                     Weekend rentals must be paid in full at time of reservation.                                                                                         In the event of cancellation, deposits are refunded ONLY if we are able to rebook rental dates.                                             Cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
